Cancellation policy.
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment cost or a 100% fee if cancelled within 8 hours of the appointment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept late arrivals, so please plan ahead to be on time for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment will be downgraded to a shorter service at the same cost as your original booking.
